We have been selling the Chillow since they were first introduced to the UK market in 2003. Before that we purchased them direct from the USA for our own use. Initially we discovered the benefits of the chillow by using it to help to relieve the symptoms of severe eczema.
We were instant converts and once we had convinced our family and friends to give them a go (for various reasons, ranging from the hot flushes of menopause, through to pregnancy and sports injuries) we decided to go national!
We launched our website and have been amazed by the response there has been to the Chillow.

What is a Chillow?

A Chillow is a cooling pad. It is roughly the same size as your pillow but approx 2cm thick. One side of the Chillow is green in colour and the material is a soft glove like leather, non-toxic and hypoallergenic. On the reverse is a cloth flocked material that is designed to keep the Chillow in place on your pillow. Inside the actual Chillow is a soft foam core that absorbs the water required to activate it.
The Chillow is soft and flexible with a wipe clean service. It needs to be activated just once and then it will continue working.

Why the Chillow?

Initially I was surfing the internet looking for anything to provide me with some relief from having a disturbed nights sleep, caused by someone who was disturbed in their sleep... sound familiar? I came across the Chillow and thought that anything would be worth a go, especially as it was not expensive and the documentary literature and details seemed well founded. When it arrived from the USA it took a bit of working out what quarts were in the instructions! Now the sceptic who thought it would never work will not be without their Chillow and even takes one on holiday with them!
