Dispatch
Items that are ordered Monday to Friday before 12.30pm are normally dispatched the
same day. Orders placed after this time may not be processed until the next working
day.
(Please note that not all areas are covered by the 24 hour service and to view the
exceptions please read delivery details below).
If you require delivery to be on a specific day please email us to confirm prior to placing the order.
Please note that any time frame quoted for delivery is not a guaranteed delivery
time. It is an estimated time given to us by the carrier and we cannot be held responsible
for any delay. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or otherwise incurred
through delay in delivery caused by our suppliers or any third party.
All deliveries require a signature. Should a delivery be attempted and no person
is available to provide a signature, a card with details of the parcel will be left
at the address by the carrier. Please contact them direct regarding re-delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us after a card has been left at the address & no
response has been received, you the customer, will be held responsible for the full
cost of returning the parcel to us. This amount will have to be received by us as
well as the cost of resending your item before your parcel is re-dispatched.
There will be no exceptions whatsoever.
Delivery address
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and postcode with your
order. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct. Incorrect
address details may cause a delay in dispatch and /or delivery of your order. We
cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur if your order is signed for
by a third party.
Delivery Charge
We offer 2 delivery services for most postcode areas. Certain postcodes are restricted to the Royal Mail delivery service only. Those postcodes that are Royal Mail delivery only are detailed below.
The 2 options we offer to most areas are:
1. Parceline next working day delivery.
2. Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery.
The option for delivery is clearly stated at the checkout. If your postcode is one of those not covered by the Parceline service you will only be able to select the Royal Mail option.
Royal Mail Delivery
All items dispatched with the Royal Mail will be sent on a First Class Recorded service. There is no guaranteed delivery time frame for this service. The guide given by the carrier for delivery is 2 – 3 working days from date of dispatch. The delivery will require a signature.
For delivery to European addresses the service used is International Signed for.
This service is not a guaranteed delivery time frame. This service requires a signature on delivery.
For first class recorded delivery the items should be with you within 2-3 working
days from the date of dispatch. However you must leave 21 days from date of dispatch
for delivery. This is because, it is only after this time has passed that we would
be able to initiate a claim for loss and to send a replacement. We would need to
be notified via email to allow us to make the claim.
For International signed for deliveries the time for receipt will vary depending
on your location.
Parceline delivery
We dispatch goods Monday – Friday on a next working day delivery service.
If you place you order before 12.30 (Monday – Friday) we would normally dispatch that day for following working day delivery.
The delivery time frame is provided as a guide by the carrier and we are therefore unfortunately unable to guarantee the delivery as the delivery is carried out by a third party.
Royal Mail Only
All of the following postcode delivery areas can only be sent via First Class Recorded Royal Mail.
The following postcodes are not considered to be mainland uk by our courier: ALL AB postcodes, ALL BT postcodes, DD7-11, FK17-22, G83, HS1-9, IM1-9, IM99, IV1-28, IV30-51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA20-48, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-44, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
