We are confident that you will be delighted with your Chillow. If you are unhappy
with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us
the opportunity to resolve the problem with you.
If for any reason you wish to return the product to us you have 7 days from the
day following delivery to return a product to us. You must contact us by email WITHIN
7 DAYS of item being delivered to obtain a Return merchant Authorisation Number
(RMA).
All items MUST BE UNUSED, REPACKED CORRECTLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING & TOTALLY
RE-SALEABLE.
You will either then need to send the item back to us ( via a recorded or trackable
fully insured service ) at the address provided by us via email, or we could arrange
for our courier to collect the item from you. We would advise if required.
The customer will be totally responsible for all postage costs incurred in sending
the item out to them and returning the item to us. Upon receiving the returned item
we will check & inspect the goods.
ONLY IF THE GOODS ARE IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE DISPATCHED
will we refund you ( within 7 working days ) in full less postage costs incurred
in sending out and returning the parcel.
Guarantee
All of our products carry the manufacturers 12 month guarantee for defects in manufacturing
and or materials. The guarantee period commences when the item is received by you.
This does not cover accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product
have not been followed. It also does not cover fair wear and tear. All goods should
be maintained in line with the manufacturer instructions.
What happens if there is a fault with the product I purchase?
Occasionally a product may develop a fault whilst it is under the guarantee period.
Initially the fault needs to be reported to us via email. We will then contact the
manufacturer and ask them to advise how to resolve the problem. In most cases it
will need to be returned to them. They will inspect the Chillow and will confirm
whether or not the fault is due to a manufacturing defect. As long as this is the
case the item will be replaced.
30 day money back guarantee
The manufacturers of the Chillow offer a 30 day money back option. In the unlikely
event that you find that the Chillow is not suitable for your requirements you can
return it with a covering letter with all purchase details to the manufacturers
address,which will be provided on request. Upon receipt you would be refunded the
purchase price of the item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
